• lawyer registered at the Brazilian Bar Association under no. 17.192, LL.B degree from Federal University of Bahia in 1993. Andréa worked for the Banco Econômico S/A Legal Department from 1991 to 2000. During this period she worked at Real Estate Credit and at Econômico S/A Empreendimentos, where she rendered legal internal advisory services for the purchase and sale of COPENE. In 2001, she joined TELEMAR (telecommunication segment) team, where she was the Legal Manager of the company for the States of Bahia, Sergipe and Alagoas. Andrea joined ROMANO’S team at the beginning of 2004 and works in the contractual law segment.
