• lawyer registered at the Brazilian Bar Association under no. 9.633, LL.B. degree from Federal University of Bahia in 1986, specialization degree in Administrative from Law School Foundation, former assistant of the Regional Labor Court, State Attorney of the State of Bahia since 1995, where he was awarded twice with the Paulo Almeida Prize (Best Legal Assistance Category), now allocated as Chief-Attorney in the Bidding and Administrative Contracts Department. Paulo developed and approved several theses in State and Public Attorneys Congresses. He is a Founding-Member of the Bahia Administrative Law Institute. He performs his works mainly in the civil, administrative, environmental and labor law segments.
