• Lawyer registered at the Brazilian Bar Association under no. 10.447, LL.B. degree from Universidade Católica do Salvador (Catholic University of Salvador) in 1990 and attending specialization course in Environmental Law, at PUC-SP. Began her career, in the same LL.B. year, at company Química da Bahia Indústria e Comércio S/A, rendering general legal services up to 1991, when she became an external legal consultant of the above-mentioned company. In 1994, she started to legally assist COPENE Petroquímica do Nordeste S/A, nowadays BRASKEM S/A, as a legal consultant in several law segments, including, taxation and social security. Rosani was also a member of the Taxpayers’ Council (Treasury Ministry), from December 1997 to December 2000 and deputy counselor of Instituto Pedro Ribeiro de Administração Judiciaria - IPRAJ (Judiciary Management Institute of State of Bahia), from 2005 up to 2006. Since 1990, she has been acting as a legal counsel for a large number of companies located at Camaçari Petrochemical Complex, State of Bahia, chiefly to Química da Bahia Indústria e Comércio S.A. and COPENE Petroquímica do Nordeste S.A., nowadays BRASKEM S/A.
